Trouble sending Mail Reports from Report Manager

To be able to send Mail Reports the sending address (Reply address) must not be protected. If your IT setup is to protect from sending mails from a not approved server (using the company domain) you must either change the sending mail address or  approve the SMTP Server. There are two different ways to handle this. 


1. If you use a sending address which is not a company address e,i no-reply@crm.se

You can change the sending address in Register/Set up/ System Parameters.




2. If you want the sender to be a company mail address you must approve the sending SMTP Server in Register/Set up/System Parameters.
