How-to: Log off user

  • User left and forgot to log off.
  • Routine is not working properly due to stuck user. 


  1. Go to Help > About CRM
  2. Click on the user tab to access current active and inactive users.

  3. Press Log off user to kill the session.

User rights

If the "Log off User" option is not visible, you need to configure this in Register > Setup > User identities, Role - user tab. To add this fuction to a user, simply select the Id and write the name you want to be visible when logging off user. See below .


It is possible for user to log on (with limited access) and log off a user session even though maximum number of users is already logged on.
