Problem
- User left and forgot to log off.
- Routine is not working properly due to stuck user.
Solution
- Go to Help > About CRM
- Click on the user tab to access current active and inactive users.
- Press Log off user to kill the session.
User rights
If the "Log off User" option is not visible, you need to configure this in Register > Setup > User identities, Role - user tab. To add this fuction to a user, simply select the Id and write the name you want to be visible when logging off user. See below .
Note!
It is possible for user to log on (with limited access) and log off a user session even though maximum number of users is already logged on.
