This Solution describes how to terminate trades from STP Connector if trades should not be imported into your CRM Database.
- Log in to STP Connector via RDP account https://stp.crm.se
- Open STP Connector
- Log in with your CRM user credentials:
- Go to Properties, uncheck “Save to database” – Save
When this option is unchecked, and you log in via Online to your Trading platform provider, the trades will be imported, but not saved to your CRM Database. Note! It is important to check this option again after this cleanup in STP. - Click on Online to start download trades from your Trading platform:
User Name och Password: User credentials for Trading platform Endpoint: Endpoint-address for Trading platform - When all trades have been downloaded, go offline by click on “Online”.
- Go to Properties again, check “Save to database” – Save. Next time you go Online all trades will be imported to your CRM Database.
