Portfolio code translation

Portfolio code translations are used for dynamic account coding to translate CRM codes to custom codes used in the ERP or accounting system.
The translation code is the code that is inserted in the account code string when exported to the accounting system.

  1. Go to Register > Portfolio Code > Type of code
  2. Mark the code you want to translate and enter the value in the translation column. Press Save.


    In the above example SUB-SEK will be translated into '400' upon accounting export

Translation is often used to export designated G/L accounts based certain bank accounts. See below example:


First column in Translation will be shown in CRM Journal Entry and included in the export file. The second column will only be included in the export file of coding, ie not in the Journal Entry Coding shown in CRM.
