Reports are not generated

Problem

The system is not able to create more than one active report at the time. Or it is not possible to export and import reports, journal enteries, prices etc.

Solution

In order for CRM to produce reports on screen you need to set a report output path. This is a folder where the system will temporarily save the report as it is displayed on screen. Once you close a report, the file will be removed unless you save the report via Save As from Excel or HTML.

We recommend that you use a local folder on your computer where you have read/write access.

How to set your report output path


  1. Go to Edit / Settings

  2. Scroll down to the parameter "ReportOutputPath"

  3. Set your folder path manually our click the folder icon to choose your folder.
  4. Press Save and then Exit
