I need to change an alredy exported Misys deal

Problem

I transaction exported to Misys needs to be changed

Solution

1.  Go to back office/ Transaction status overview. Klick on the icon reset flags and unlock the lock by clicking on it.
   

   

   
   

2.  To be able to do this you need the Role "Transactions flags" in User settings.
