You can upload attachments such as documents and other files to a transaction/deal via the Confirm - start view. Let's look at how:
- Search for the deal in Confirm Start
- Press F9 to get the Deal input form and then click Exit to get the first page of the Deal
- Click on the Add files Icon
- Click on the icon Insert File in Database and browse for the document. Insert your scanned document and Save
- If you want to add a file for a single interest transaction, then you open the first page of the deal (as instruction above). Double click on the tranche to open the interest transactions and drag the page to the side. Set the marker on the interest transaction where you want to add a file and then click on the "Add files" icon on the first page. Insert your scanned document and Save.
Top tip
When files have been saved into the database they are also visible in the Deal input form - Ledger Files.
Menu Priviliges
The user need to have access to the Menu: Store Documentations under Deal Input.
