How to send confirmations through email via Ms/Word confirmations.
Step-by-step guide
It is possible to send the confirmation to the counterparts via email.
1. When the confirmations are generated and displayed in MS Word select the item 'Send by email' in the CRM Finance menu.
The confirmations are then sent as mail attachments to each counterpart.
2. The receiving email address should be entered in the Address Register (Register – Portfolio Codes menu) in the Address Tab.
Multiple email addresses can be entered separated with semi-colon ';'.
System default body and reply address is entered in Register – Setup – System parameters – tab Misc.
(Note! Reply address is available when using CRM embedded email client.)
