In order for CRM to produce reports on screen you need to set a report output path. This is a folder where the system will temporarily save the report as it is displayed on screen. Once you close a report, the file will be removed unless you save the report via Save As from Excel or HTML.
We recommend that you use a local folder on your computer where you have read/write access.
How to set your report output path
- Go to Edit / Settings
- Scroll down to the parameter "ReportOutputPath"
- Set your folder path manually our click the folder icon to choose your folder.
- Press Save and then Exit
