Remove an accounting instruction

Accounting instructions no longer in use can easily be removed. Note that the removal is permanent, it is not an deactivation function.

Step-by-step guide

First, you need to decide wich accounting instruction that should be deleated.

1. Go to Back Office> Accounting Instructions
2. Mark the accounting Instruction you wish to remove
3. Press Shift F6 and the instruction is removed.
4. When you close the window you get a question if you would like to save the changes. Yes, the instruction is removed. No the instruction will be there next time you go to the Accounting instruction view.
