In this view you create and define the users that should have access to CRM Finance Web and CRM Finance Subsidiary.
Here's how it works:
Create a user
To create a user you need to have the role "Create-user" assigned to you.
- To give the role "Create-user" go to tab 'Role - user' (see further instructions below). Different roles can be assigned to different users or profiles such as BO (Back office) FO (Front Office).
Copying an existing User
- Set the cursor on the user id that you want to copy from.
- Click on the 'Copy Current Item' button in the toolbar. Enter ID and Password for the new user. In the Include section you decide what to copy to the new user.
Create a profile
The administration of users and privileges simplifies when using profiles in the set up. Changes to a profile will affect all users assigned to the profile.
- Create a user and name it i.e. Back Office profile in the 'User name' field, then choose 'User type' Profile.
- Set up the menu privileges for the profile.
When adding the Profile to a user, choose the profile in the 'Profile' column, in this case BO.
Tabs in User Identities
Click on each heading to reveal more detail on each tab in User Identities.
