How-to: Cancel a FX swap

In this article we will explain how to cancel an FX swap deal. There are two options to get this done.

Here's how it works:

Option 1

1. Go to the FX Swap you would like to cancel in Deal Input > Foreign Exchange Swaps
2. Press the cancel icon and you will get a few questions (note that the transaction has to be in status: REG)
   
   

   
   

3. If the swap include mirror deals you will get a question to cancel also the mirror deals
   
   
   

4. All four legs will then be CANCELLED
   

Option 2

1. Go to the FX Swap you would like to cancel in Deal Input > Foreign Exchange Transaction

   
   
   

2. If it is a Swap you will get the question to cancel both legs
   
   
   

3. When you press Yes you will also include the mirror deals
