Confirmation of preliminary transactions
When Fixed/floating rate Loans, Interest rate swaps and Credit facility are entered in Deal input the transactions get preliminary reference numbers. When the transactions are confirmed in Confirm Start they get a final reference number within the reference number interval specified for the Legal Entity.
To view preliminary reference numbers and confirmed reference numbers - make sure to have the 'Include future transactions' checkbox selected.
If not checked each individual transaction is displayed 2 days prior to value date.
The original preliminary number can be seen in the menu item Transaction status overview Final reference number
